Together with the Clubkino Siegmar and ROTZFRECH CINEMA we are hosting the HALLENKUNST Film Night on March 21st, 2025, starting at 6 PM. This evening will feature films and documentaries that revolve around the theme of graffiti, street art, and art in public spaces. Our film night invites visitors to immerse themselves in various genres of film - from documentary to fiction.
The moderated HALLENKUNST Film Night will take place in the Small and Large Halls of the Clubkino Siegmar Chemnitz and will begin at 6 PM with the two scene classics "Style Wars" (1983) from the USA and "Dirty Handz - Search & Destroy" (2006) from France. The program continues at 7:45 PM in the small hall with the short film "Blurred Memories" (2024) by the Berlin artist collective Rocco & His Brothers and in the large hall "Pixadores" (2014), a 90-minute film by Amir Arsames Escandari from Brazil, which tells an exciting story about the Pixaçãos in São Paulo. At 8:30 PM, "Metaverse", a film by Martin Mannweiler, will be shown, and to conclude the evening, we will screen the films "Grenzgebiet" (2019) by Matti Cordewinus and "Blaues Licht" (2019) by Sophie Sonntag at 10 PM!

HALLENKUNST FILMNACHT | 21.03.2025
Gemeinsam mit dem Clubkino Siegmar und Rotzfrech Cinema veranstalten wir am 21.03.2025 ab 18 Uhr die HALLENKUNST Filmnacht. An diesem Abend werden Filme und Dokumentationen gezeigt, die sich rund um das Thema Graffiti, Street Art und Kunst im öffentlichen Raum drehen. In unserer Filmnacht laden wir Besucher*innen ein, in verschiedene Genres des Films einzutauchen – von Dokumentation bis zu Fiktion.
Die moderierte HALLENKUNST Filmnacht findet im Kleinen Saal und Großen Saal des Clubkino Siegmar Chemnitz statt und beginnt um 18 Uhr mit den beiden Szene Klassikern "Style Wars" (1983) aus den USA (Deutsche Fassung) und "Dirty Handz - Search & Destroy" (2006) aus Frankreich. Weiter geht es um 19:45 Uhr im kleinen Saal mit dem Kurzfilm "Blurred Memories" (2024) des Berliner Künstlerkollektivs Rocco & His Brothers und im großem Saal "Pixadores" (2014), einem 90minütigen Film von Amir Arsames Escandari aus Brasilien, der eine spannende Geschichte über die Pixaçãos in São Paulo erzählt. Um 20:30 Uhr läuft "Metaverse", ein Film von Martin Mannweiler und um zum Abschluss des Abend zeigen wir um 22 Uhr die Filme "Grenzgebiet" (2019) von Matti Cordewinus und "Blaues Licht" (2019) von Sophie Sonntag!
